Whatever your journey, we warmly invite you to join us every Tuesday and Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the American Indian Center in Chicago for our free Open Beadwork Class.

Celebrate and Preserve Our Heritage Together

As a Native-led organization, we cherish the importance of coming together to celebrate and sustain our cultural traditions. Beadwork is more than just an art—it’s a way of storytelling, a connection to our ancestors, and an expression of our identity. By joining our class, you’re not only learning a new skill but also becoming a part of a living legacy that honors our heritage.

Whether you’re continuing a family tradition or experiencing beadwork for the first time, our class provides a welcoming and inclusive space. We encourage you to bring your unique experiences and creativity, and we can’t wait to see the beautiful pieces you’ll create.

Why Beadwork Matters
