Get ready to sweat during this cardio class with a powwow twist!
Native Fitness at the American Indian Center is a healthy way to get your body moving. Our free cardio workout classes are designed for all fitness levels.
You’ll move and dance to the beat of powwow music, while incorporating various dance styles into your workout.
These classes are free and open to anyone in the community. Everyone is welcome; you do not have to be Native to attend.
Please note: our Elder Native fitness classes are intended only for the elders in our community. If you’re not an elder, please attend our open Native fitness classes.
