Senior Lunch

April 24 @ 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm CDT

Free

Step into a world of culinary delight and community connection at our Indigenous Senior Lunch Program, where Chef Paul Molina serves up wholesome Indigenous cuisine to seniors aged 55 and older, free of charge. Join us weekly for a feast that not only nourishes the body but also celebrates Indigenous flavors and traditions.

Following our delicious lunch prepared by Chef Paul, the festivities continue with three rounds of exciting prize bingo. Test your luck and enjoy friendly competition as you vie for fantastic prizes, adding an extra layer of fun and excitement to your afternoon.

But that’s not all—some lunches also feature free health screenings provided by American Indian Health Services. Take advantage of this opportunity to prioritize your well-being with screenings for blood pressure, diabetes, and more. Our commitment to holistic health extends beyond the plate, ensuring that our seniors have access to essential healthcare services in addition to nutritious meals and engaging activities.

The Indigenous Senior Lunch Program isn’t just about food and games—it’s about creating a supportive community where seniors can come together, share stories, and forge lasting connections. Whether you’re joining us for a delicious meal, a game of bingo, or a health screening, you’re sure to leave feeling nourished in body, mind, and spirit.
