The American Indian Center (AIC) Strategic Plan goals are:

• Creating a “Welcome” policy and plan
• Have more flexible, diverse, and sustainable funding sources and review current funding in the portfolio, with a breakdown of categories
• Offer programs that match the needs of the American Indian community of Chicago
• Actively involve youth
• Board and Staff are well-equipped to lead, manage, and provide programming
